Login to CPS Email System

   Having Problems logging in?

1. Make sure your CAP Lock key is not on.
2. Under File on the top menu bar, make sure Work Offline is not checked.
3. Type your 7 CHARACTER USERNAME only and NOT username@cps...
4. MACS - make sure you have the latest Java from Apple.
5. IE- make sure Subframes across different domains is ENABLED

6. Cookies Messages - allow cps-k12.org and cpsboe.k12.oh.us
Tools | Internet Options | Privacy | Sites Button

Internet Explorer 9
To use Webaccess with IE 9 at home
you must run in compatibility mode

1. Open IE9
2. Click Tools and put a check mark
on Compatibility mode
or
Click Tools | Compatibility View settings and add http://email.cps-k12.org
3. Then go to http://email.cps-k12.org


How to Delete
Multiple emails - click the first email then hold your Shift key and click the last email. This will highlight all emails.

To choose emails not in sequence, hold your CTRL key down and click the emails you want to highlight.

Once highlighted, click your Delete button.

Macs
Safari has a bug sending blank emails.
If you are accessing on a MAC, use Firefox.
